Our President, Patti Dragland, champions strategy and uses common sense offering a culmination of more than 14 years of behaviour management, action planning and facilitation. Whether in business, non-profit or public education; it’s experience that lead to the inception of Strategic Sense Inc.

Why the Dragonfly?
The symbolism of the dragonfly is similar to the progression of leadership. Starting in the water with a limited view of its environment, it moves to the air expanding its vision and increasing its responsibility for the continuation of the species. Other symbols of the dragonfly represent qualities required by companies’ leaders. Many leaders need to be:
